Overpricing occupants who have enough going on with the gove
I find it funny that the valley trash company has made yall sign a new contract that enforces yall to charge us all, even ... for those who were not using it. And looking at the numbers, we didn’t have enough using the trash service so they slapped it on everyone so they could get paid and yall let them. You should go back to having no trash valley. Or charge those who use it. And if not enough people are using it then cancel contract! Stop! Putting in extra bills! Why would you up charge your residents in such a time! Do yall not care! You are also just taking like all the other corporations at this time. Give each resident! One free parking ! ONE! And charge for the second! And only charge those using trash vallet and if you do not have enough residents using it! Then sure sign not to have it. That does not mean just charge everyone! This will be our last year after we thought we would be here for at least 3-4 years. Sad to see this negative change. And Especially in such hard times. This company obviously does not care about these residents. Just about money, just like a corporation or company would. The Best Service
