This community complies with applicable requirements of Texas House Bill 21 (HB 21) and accepts applicants participating in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.

Housing Choice Voucher participants are encouraged to apply for all available apartment homes, including applicable income-restricted and set-aside units. HCV applicants will not be denied housing solely because they participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

For HCV households, any applicable minimum-income requirement will be determined in accordance with HB 21 and applicable program requirements.

All applicants remain subject to the communitys established rental criteria and applicable affordable housing eligibility requirements.
