Housing Choice Voucher & Rental Assistance Policy 

This Development complies with Section 394.9026(c)(7) of the Texas Local Government Code.

The Development does not discriminate against applicants or residents based on participation in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) or any other lawful rental assistance program. Applicants using rental assistance are subject to the same rental criteria, screening standards, and occupancy requirements as all other applicants, except where program rules require otherwise. Acceptance of rental assistance is subject to the Development’s standard application process, unit availability, and compliance with applicable program requirements.
