If you are locked out of your unit after hours a locksmith will be needed to assist. We will require the new keys. 

Decorating would be fine but in order to avoid penalties major alterations will have to be corrected before moving out.

As a first time renter my advice will be read the information you are signing beforehand.

Yes, lease holders are responsible for making sure their guest follow the same policies that are outlined in your rental agreement. 

No subletting is not allowed.

Our community is centrally located, walking distance to entertainment and convenience. 

The school district will be HISD. 

The nearest dog park is less than 3 miles away, it is called TC Jester Dog Park. 

Yes we have a few bike trails near us but Memorial Park and Hike trail is always the go to. 

Memorial Mall or online. 

Slowpokes coffee shop is only a mile away from your new apartment home. 

TC jester would be our nearest cross street.
